These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Meridian Global Recruitment website and application service. By submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
To apply, you must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to seek employment abroad. You are responsible for ensuring the information and documents you provide are genuine and lawfully obtained.
Meridian is transparent about costs. Where an employer covers recruitment costs, we will tell you. Where any fee applies to you, it will be clearly explained and agreed in writing before you commit. We never charge hidden fees, and we will never ask for payment in exchange for a guaranteed job.
You agree that all information and documents you submit are true, accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in your application being rejected and, where a placement has begun, withdrawn.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a job offer or placement. Outcomes depend on employer demand, your qualifications, visa eligibility and other factors outside our control. We commit to representing you honestly and professionally.
You agree to engage honestly with us and our partner employers, to attend interviews you accept, and to keep us informed of any changes to your circumstances or contact details.
Meridian acts as an intermediary between applicants and employers. We are not the employer and are not responsible for the terms, conditions or conduct of any employer once a placement is made, though we will always advocate for fair treatment.
